Please ensure that you wear suitable footwear, and outerwear for the weather conditions.

Should anyone appear to be under the influence of alcohol and illegal drugs, you will be asked to leave the group and no refund will be offered.

Walks, Evenings and any other of our events are attended solely at your own risk.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event time. This will allow us to check you in and get ready to depart on a walk or start our evening.

On average our Walks take around 75mins at a slow stroll around the town. The walks take in the most historical sights of the town, and cover all pavement types including cobbles.

Our Evenings with a Difference last for various times, however, on average we spend around two hours at the location, covering various areas of the locations including small and large spaces, and mostly in low light or darkness.

Newark has plenty of car parking, with evening charges starting from £1 after 6pm.

If you are joining one of our walks starting at The Gilstrap Registry Office, Castlegate, the nearest car parks are located at:

• Newark Town Wharf, NG24 1EU
• Riverside Arena, NG24 1BN
• Castle House, NG24 1BY

For our Evenings with a different, other car parks maybe closer, with your nearest location being shown on the Newark & Sherwood District Council Car Parks website.

For events outside of Newark, we will advise of local council parking or the nearest safe car park.

We do not however take any liability for and changes, parking tickets, loss or stolen items should you use any car parks suggested.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be swapped for other events.
